Prepare territory sales budget and achieve sales target (customer and product wise)
Initiate the proposal of credit customer and collect all relevant information required under the credit policy of Flora
Identify overdue customer and seek help of Regional Sales Manager as soon as possible to strengthen collection efforts
Encourage building of strong network in the segment of stockiest and retailers’ level
Collect information on competitor’s product and activities and report to Regional Sales Manager
Evaluate the key performance of team members (Market Development Officer) on monthly basis
Provide on the job training to field force and monitor their performance
B.Sc/M.Sc in Agriculture or BBA/MBA in agribusiness.
For experienced & competent candidates education & age may be relaxed.
Good understanding on agricultural sales profession.
Ability to ride motorcycle.
Willingness to travel extensively .
